The MERCATOR side table is a study in planar intersection and structural joinery. Part of our Design Studio Collection, the piece is characterized by its modular, tectonic aesthetic. The design is composed of four distinct metallic planes: two wide, tapering vertical supports and two thinner cross-beams that interlock to create a stable, architectural base. This framework supports a square top surface featuring four deep, radiused notches at its cardinal points, where the vertical legs seamlessly integrate into the tabletop. Finished entirely in a rich aged bronze, the table displays a soft, hand-applied patina that accentuates the crisp edges and flat surfaces. The MERCATOR balances a rigid, industrial silhouette with refined craftsmanship, offering a sophisticated and versatile accent for contemporary living spaces and galleries.
