The CANYON side table is a study in tectonic volume and carved interiority. Part of our Design Studio Collection, the piece is defined by its monolithic cubic silhouette, which is dramatically interrupted by a deep, radiused “canyon” slice through its center. The primary exterior faces are finished in a highly figured burl wood, showcasing a dense, swirling grain that provides an organic contrast to the table’s rigid geometry. This rich timber shell encases a seamless, matte earth-toned metallic interior. The soft, U-shaped curve of the inner volume creates a protected “cradle” for objects, while the clean material transition at the edges emphasizes the piece’s architectural precision. The CANYON balances the primitive warmth of burl wood with a sophisticated, subtractive form, offering a bold sculptural accent for contemporary lounge environments.
