The central narrative is driven by the hand-carved timber base, finished in a deep scorched earth tone that accentuates its fluid, biomorphic silhouette. This dark, carved volume is dramatically interrupted by a large, raw burl wood inlay, left in its natural state to showcase the intricate, swirling grain of the “living edge”. This sculptural trunk is balanced by a razor-thin top and matching circular base, both crafted from aged brass with a soft, hand-applied patina.
